    The cost of the kit will depend on the cost of components.
    Currently, active work is being done to expand the capabilities of the Transceiver.
    It is possible to remotely control the device via WEB access, even with two separate RX on different bands, output spots on the screen of the panorama of an external display, control the device via TCP from N1MM e t.c. and much, much more.

    How do I get on a list to purchase a kit? Is the firmware source code available (open source)?
    Hopefully the maker of these has some idea of how to produce them in volume and deal with sales. It looks extremely promising as a product but will fail if all the essential parts of the equation aren’t there. My hope is that this well designed rig is successful in making it into many hams shacks.

    • @paulstetsun2208
      @paulstetsun2208  Год назад +1

      Estimated price 1800-1850 USD per KIT.
      Crowdfunding being considered!
      Preparations are underway to organize production
      We are looking for enthusiasts in the EU and USA to assemble and promote the project!
      Suggestions, please - by e-mail to the Developer UT2UK

      The Ermak transceiver allows you to connect an external computer with any display via web access.

      Writing software requires a huge investment of time and effort.
      In large companies, dozens and hundreds of programmers work on this.
      In this case, the development is actually one person : UT2UK
      Soon there will be a new version "Ermak TT", which should go into production!
      This is a completely new level!

  • @paulstetsun2208
    @paulstetsun2208  Год назад +1

    Currently, the software continues to be refined, with more and more possibilities!
    Excellent Remote control via web access.
    Built-in hardware Log that allows you to work CW directly from the keyboard connected to the transceiver and record tens of thousands of QSO`s into the internal memory!
    We hope that this will be one of the best mobile TRX for Expeditions.... and for Contesting!
    As for kits for assembly e.t.c., follow the channel.
    An announcement will be made as soon as assembly becomes possible.

      @paulstetsun2208  Год назад

      The transceiver is offered in kit form for assembly.
      A list of interested parties is compiled.
      The cost is calculated, which depends on the prices of components, the volume of work and the number of customers.
      After this, customers are told the price and they make a decision.

      Suggest the dinky background music is replaced with actual receiver band noise. Let's hear it like we would if it was on the shack bench! Band noise is not copyrighted and YT will not strike it. This is an exciting product BTW. Interested to see how it goes. Price and localafter sales support will be key factors.
