    Ingredients:
    2 quarts Dashi
    4 garlic cloves minced
    1 large onion diced
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 small to medium Korean radish (mu) or daikon radish
    1/4 pound beef brisket
    1/2 bunch scallions cut into 1-inch batons
    Freshly ground pepper
    Instructions:
    Add dashi to a pot and bring to a simmer.
    Add garlic and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add onion, soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add radish and simmer for 10 min.
    Add the beef until the beef is cooked through.
    Add pepper.
    Add scallions.
    Add salt to taste.
    Serve with rice and banchan.
