Talking about those truck drivers Charles man I feel your pain I’ve had some damn good truck drivers that got to where they thought they could just pick and choose their loads of where they went and the bad thing about it is they would run their mouth over the radio so I made an example out of one one day he went to raising cane about wear I was going to send him and I told him I said I’ll tell you what buddy I said to Shop is on the way to where I’m sending you. So I’m gonna load this truck to go where it needs to go but you just pull it into the shop and get your radio and all your other stuff out of that truck because you are fired and he had been with us for a while and he told me he said you can’t fire me I said the hell I can’t I’m the foreman Of this job and I can fire and hire whenever I see fit so he went to the boss man and told him and the boss man said what did Timmy say and he said well he told me I was fired and he said well then you’re fired hit the road but anyway brother another great video y’all stay safe out there and keep the videos coming my friend
Hey Charles all you have to do is start bringing those JW Sanders trucks in there and make your regular trucks that don’t want to go to Dudley sit out there on the road why are you loading JW Sanders and they will either change their mind and start taking the loads are like you said they can go home because it shouldn’t be no problem about getting trucks me personally I wouldn’t put up with none of that crap they would even go where I send them to or go home simple as that
