    As a bakery student, you can flavor your Bavarian Cream by substituting 50% of the cream with fruit puree.

    if I wanted to flavor this with malted milk powder, when would I add the malted milk powder? How much malted milk powder would I use? Thank you so much!

    Sooo nice for filling , I have powder gelatin can you tell me by gram thank you.

      +nag moh Thank you! It is tricky to convert because it depends on the strength of the gelatin you are using. But assuming you're using common gelatin available in supermarkets, it would be 15 grams (5 teaspoons). Soak in a little bit of cold water first (for 5-10 minutes), then warm to melt before adding to the Bavarian cream mixture. It is best to follow the instructions on the packaging of your gelatin.
