I was born in Bavaria (in Munich, the capital) and I loveeee Bavarian Creme, but I actually never learned to make it. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe Akis. 😊
I’m now addicted to this stuff. It’s amazing. I have a bunch of strawberries chopped up and covered in sugar to make a syrup for strawberry shortcake and it made an awesome topping for this. I can’t find those gelatin sheets so I had to use powder-I kinda fudged it up the first time because it didn’t dissolve right and left little gelatin chunks in it (still ate it though lol). But this time I stirred it in while it was hot and it was perfect.
@@spyrostsekouras8663 The origins of today's national flag with its cross-and-stripe pattern are a matter of debate. Every part of it, including the blue and white colors, the cross, as well as the stripe arrangement can be connected to very old historical elements;[4] however, it is difficult to establish "continuity", especially as there is no record of the exact reasoning behind its official adoption in early 1822.
@@spyrostsekouras8663 nah im serious before Otto the flag was Red and White. Sure the New flag isnt the same as under Otto and Wikipedia claims its because of the sky and the ocean . But the first time you had blue and White in your flag was the bavarians coat of arms . The first national flag of Greece was adopted in 1822 its red with a white cross, and its generally believed that the change to light blue and white was made when Otto of Bavaria who became King of Greece in 1832, light blue and white being the colours of his family.

Amazing as always
Fun fact: the Bavarian kings were so enthusiastic about Greece that they would add the letter y to Bavaria. Before Baiern ! And now Bayern
Fun fact the reason the greek flag is blue and White is because of Otto Friedrich Ludwig von Wittelsbach prince of Bavaria and King of greece
@@Anthrazith Bullshit. Blue&white banners had been used by Greek revolutionaries long before Otto landed in Greece.
