i was about to comment to thank you for the easy and quick make-up tutorial (which is stunning, and i cannot wait to try it tomorrow morning!!) when i saw the second half of the video, and was caught off-guard. i’m currently finishing my last year of high school, and soon i’ll have to go to uni too - which feels very scary, and i’m not sure i’m prepared. i’m also scared of not graduating “in time”, of choosing the wrong major or even the wrong institution. i’ve never experienced something like this and there’s so much external pressure that i don’t know what to do. your words felt really appropriate and gave me much needed insight and comfort. i’m glad i clicked on your video, and i sincerely wish for your studies to continue peacefully, and for your life to be joyful :))
i’m happy to have helped you in some way! i understand that feeling and i think it’ll always be there but if you trust yourself enough, that goes a long way. if you fall down, you can always pick yourself back up again :)
i totally relate to you, i feel so pressured to graduate within four years because everyone else is and i don’t want to be left behind. i’m really trying to go at my own pace and be more kinder to myself
Honestly dealing with burn out can be a bit difficult, however if you know the goal you have set is unrealistic, look back at your options and see what makes you happy and if you’re not ready to move forward, pause and appreciate where you are right now. Also love the makeup look and wish you the best for this semester ❤️
I'm at year 6 after graduating high school (planned). Some of my friends planned on finishing university in 3 years, 4 years. Some did, but others are taking as long as me for different reasons. For the ones that finished quickly, it doesn't matter because we are all in the same place in the end. We are either working, or not, or going back to school. The pros of taking a long time is it gives you opportunity to switch or refine what you're doing. When you rush to finish something very quickly, the thing you finished may be useless because you don't retain any of what you learned. So you start back at 0.
hi idk if this will matter but i originally js went here for a makeup tutorial but the message at the end of the video just made me cry. idk how much i needed to hear that and its like a big weight that has been pulled out from my body. thank u sm and just know that u made someones day better by doing this
Thank you so much this help me so much i don't know how to do makeup so I was finding a good makeup tutorial than i found you 😺 thank you so much for this amazing video 💓
If you burn out often, it's important to figure out what's happening systematically. Do you say yes to too many things, do you have a health or mental health situation to work out, are you around things or people you don't like? For me, it was a little bit of everything. I feel much better now.
I dont know how to put make up ,powder is enough for me and a bit of lipstick and thats it😊 but I would definitely shared your vlog ..thanks for sharing😊
hello ms.patricia!! i found your pics from pinterest and got curious, youre so pretty!! now i follow all your socmed accs 🥹 youree so pretty miss maam!! 🙌 can you pls try a no make-up make up look? and clean hairstyle tutorial vids? ily!! 🫶
When I’m burnt out I always forget my progress and beat myself mentally for it. I would advise you to write a letter to yourself on how far you’ve come so even when times go bad you won’t be clouded by the negativity and still see how far you’ve come and start appreciating that. 💞 I started doing this when I realized i would make stupid excuses like “no one gets me” so i read the letter i wrote which really helps. It also boost my motivation and mood. I wish you and everyone here good days 🥺❤️🩹

best way to get out of a burn out is to get back into your routine slowly and take a whole day break if you need too, doing something you enjoy
