Just managed to get through this after failing by going the wrong direction at the beginning of the chase and missing a jump after getting the climbing gear. Another good tip is to use perception right before jumping into the final water section with the piranhas. At least that way you're able to track them for a bit so they don't get you by surprise.

i’ve managed to do the main part three times in a row without dying on deadly obsession without a guide… i keep dying on the final escape climb because the controls suck 😑

wait until you done the final escape but then died from piranha after that. so many death to do this perfect video, I eventually just skip many collectibles and prefer to collect it next times
