First of all if air does enter the system how exactly can you isolate exactly where the leak is? There could be miles of pipe and hundreds of residential valves that could have failed? And if you install a system like this the pipe needs to be fused hdpe not glue or sdr35 to prevent leaks from soil expansion and contraction or some landscaper with a shovel who knicks the pipe. This kind of system will cease to function with just a few leaks
@@jessecole8230 in our industry some people do know more than others and that’s okay but we should work toward the common good together. It’s ok to disagree sometimes it always improves the end goal. The tax payers who don’t know depend on us to do that for them. The reason I wrote this is because I’ve seen one instance of this kind of system failing completely. They aren’t used that much in my area. Let’s improve this shitty time in the world because as professionals in this industry we have an obligation to be more ethical and thorough in our decisions than the average man not less.

Most failures, of the type you're referencing, are probably due to sub-contractor installation. It could even be just a single employee who either doesn't care of have the skill necessary to do the job properly. Sorry if I came at you. I do respect operators that have care and concerns.

How do they manage to get the air "odour free" when they pump it out of that big vacuum tank?
