Super simple way to solder EC5 and IC5 terminals

So you snap the housing on from the outside AFTER the bullets are soldered on? There are other videos show you should slide the housing onto the wires BEFORE soldering the bullets in, then slide the house on?
Which technique is correct?

Different brands do it different ways

Female and Male side are differents .
Battery side (always female) slide from FRONT !
MALE size slides from behind .
