Yes, i sent the filter back. Amazon took it back and paid the shipping. Tried a new filter and it did not leak. Maybe just got a badly manufactured filter or it got damaged in shipping … I could not identify any damage though. It had a slow drip leak. Tried over and over to reinstall but no luck. New filter works fine.
@@lostquartermaster52 right away. at first, i didn't see anything and thought it was fine. checked back in 15 minutes and noticed water. probably leaked about a cup of water per hour maybe
Changing my home Everpure H-104 filter was not easy with the weird locking ring that makes it unclear how the whole on-off thing is supposed to go. Poorly designed for a do it yourself replacement. They must be designing these things so you have to call a plumber to replace a water filter.
is the material of the filter activated carbon fiber?
How long I have to change it?
