Might just be worse than Hammerhead, although it's kinda fun to jump around everywhere and slam into people. To better balance Grasshopper I would've gotten rid of the ability to stop her mid-special, make it recharge slower, and give her better weight for more ram ability. Maybe slightly reduce her speed and change the AI to not spam her special. I'm not satisfied with this run even though it beats the previous time by 2min but I'm not about to attempt this vehicle ever again. I had one run that was 2-3min faster but of course the piece of shit, Spectre killed me on the last map.
Los Angeles:
I've rarely been able to clear this without the song looping. For some reason no matter how well your item management is, Grasshopper can only do so much for me.
Moscow:
There's an omen with Grasshopper on this map with me because in numerous cases the computer players would completely destroy the item respawner (As if Grasshopper of all vehicles needs that to happen).
Paris:
I like how I murdered Mr. Grimm, although it would've been nicer with a fire missile. For some reason the AI were fairly docile
Amazonia:
To hell with Warthog and his ability to think towards the end. Other than that, I'd say the run was good enough, although on one run I cleared out everyone very fast somehow. Pro tip: The Bridge and remote bombs are your friend. Minion fight is standard.
New York:
AI cooperated well enough.
Antarctica:
It doesn't matter how much health Spectre has...be fuckin' careful with how well he can read your inputs because he can spam faster than other machines, and fires a diverse array of weapons.
Holland:
I have no idea how I managed to do this, and it's extremely weird how I didn't struggle with previous attempts with Grasshopper. I've taken a suggestion from Codey Doerksen to load up on Homing missiles and use the Full Health Windmill area as a shield. I've also learned that corners are your friend here.
Hong Kong:
Slow, but I honestly don't care because fuck this machine. I probably would've died if Spectre was here. Do the best you can to get to the sewer section is what I've learned.
Dark Tooth:
Mediocre, and what a damn close call. Have no idea how that worked.

I can't remember how many tries it took me to finish the game with her. Fun but frustrating for sure! (and it was on normal difficulty for me hahaha)

Thanks! I was terrible at this game as a kid as well. I remember watching deathless runs of this game by LuisParson years ago then picked this game up via emulation and practiced for hours here and there, then decided I'd record myself doing the Hard challenge and getting the best times for each vehicle.
It's no easy feat, and takes countless hours because of how the game is coded to kill you.

Well when you uploaded at the time. It was 2 hours ago. It was around 4 my time. I'm in the east coast. So when you said the sun was coming up at the Paris level. It got me thinking. I figured Cali was 3 hours behind me putting Cali around 11. So wondered if you were in Hawaii. I had family out there so they told me they were 6 hours behind. Putting it at around 8 in the morning when you uploaded. Since it takes around an hour or so to upload a video on RUclips had to be around 6 or 7 when you started. I was just being playful with the thought and tried to guess. I just didn't know how close I was. So I thought dude was in Hawaii playing twisted metal 2 talk about the best vacation ever.
@@1angelicdemon1 I'm actually located on the East Coast myself in New Jersey (don't recommend moving here if you can help it), and I never upload these "live" after recording since I have to compress it via VideoPad Editor, and sometimes I don't upload to youtube until a day or so once it's all ready.
I've heard Hawaii is really expensive to vacation to, and I honestly don't make much money for being in this garbage state so I don't have spare money to even go anywhere.

Just record. It takes numerous attempts to get a deathless run with a proficient time, which can take hours because of how BS the AI in this game are.

Only Minion can be unlocked through in-game codes, and I have no idea how to play as Dark Tooth. I think you need action replay or some kind of cheat engine for that.

A situation with a roommate and mental health is postponing uploads.
I have been suspicious about your videos from day one ever since I heard a different soundtrack on some levels. I mean you not only beat it with everybody on hard mode, but you did it without dying and with world record breaking times for every character in a matter of 2 months. Something that should take years due to how brutal the ai is. I am not saying you are cheating, but I am having trouble buying this as a hardcore TM 2 veteran. From what I have noticed it looks like your attacks are doing way more damage than they normally would. Either you are the Twisted Metal 2 Jesus or you are cheating somehow with mods.
You've copy/pasted this comment on most of this guy's tm2 hard runs. Which videos have incorrect or altered soundtracks? I have yet to notice any audio discrepancies.
@@conorjohn490 It was my first upload on this channel. It was a Twister run with 2 deaths, no commentary, and I didn't understand how to emulate music properly. That video is deleted since I have a deathless run with Twister.
