- I rebuilt the very core/heart of my multiplayer game: Anything from the Plant keeping/herbalism to the potion brewing process. We wanted to expand on it to allow for more gameplay, more depth, more upgrades and better gameplay for multiplayer/coop. Let me know what you think!

Wowsy. That's a more common issue than many of you guys think it is. Sometimes you gotta look back and redo some stuff in the videogame industry. It is always good to have someone who is transparent about it. Best hopes for your future game, Bobsi. You rock!
Appreciate it! And yeah, exactly. Going back and reworking something shouldn't be a negative thing. It might cost time, but the ability to re-evaluate parts of your game, and rework what doesn't work is a tricky one!

This is a potion brewing game. What about allowing the players to drink potions they brew for temporary buffs in game. Gain movespeed, carry more water or ingredients, charm customers for more money etc. Could give it a more magical feel.
I couldn't agree more! And it's not the first time we've seen that suggestion. Definitely something we'd want to do, likely would be a post release update or something like that.
Maybe add orders to fill? Like people can place a potion order and based on how fast you fulfill the order it can improve/reduce your reputation
That's a fun idea! We did think of maybe adding like an "orders" board, where you could go and take orders when you have extra time. We do also have sidequests in the game, which is similar to what you mention with orders. The villagers has some issue, and you need to solve it by delivering the right potion(s)

To me it would seem interesting if there was a potion that sped up plant growth, or just in general potions that help YOU as the player as well, instead of just being able to sell them. Of course, this could be in the game already, I don't know.
Appreciate the idea! It's not the first time, and we'll likely end up adding something like it. We do already have some level of plant modification, for example fertilizer and such

you could make a system where when you put a ingridient in the cauldron it does some kind of reaction and depending on the what kind of reaction you need to put a diffrent ingridient to balance it out and if you succeed you will make a better potion
What are you thinking in terms of "some kind of reaction"?
@@BobsiDevlog maybe some kind of explosion, some unatural color changes the pot shaking or alot of bubbling

I can't lie. I have a long out take of me dying of laughter because that banana move was aloooooot worse than I thought. To make it worse, the banana wasn't even remotely ripe, so it felt and tasted like taking a bite of a stick 😑
what is like the goal of the game, is it just to get a bigger shop and more custumers or is there anyting else to it
So we'll be introducing a main storyline as well, but the gist (and gameplay loop) of the game is similar to that of other sim tycoon games.
It feels like he is trying to imitate me 😩
