parkour is getting to point A to B as fast and efficiently as possible, freerunning is parkour combined with flips/tricks, just flips is called tricking

VIDEO SUGGESTION = I THINK THAT IN YOUR NEXT VIDEO YOU SHOULD EITHER GO SKY-DIVING OR BUNGEE JUMPING. IT WOULD BE COOL IF YOU DID A CHALLENGE AND ONE PERSON GOES SKY-DIVING AND THE OTHER PERSON GOES BUNGEE JUMPING, BUT THEN THE NEXT DAY YOU SWITCH IT AROUND SO THAT EVENTUALLY AT THE END OF THE VIDEO YOU AND SOMEBODY ELSE WILL HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF DOING BOTH THINGS.
