I had no idea, literally no idea you could use bones from already cooked/roasted chicken. Up until this point I threw them out after the meal was done. I always felt bad for that, but I thought once cooked/roasted, it can't be used again. What a shame... This is pure gold. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. ❤️
@@JessicaJSpiers exactly what I need! I got tired of buying pre-made bone broth because of so many additives in it (not to mention sodium level in store bought bone broth is above the roof!) or waiting until I buy a piece of meat with enough raw bones to make a bone broth. I'm currently supplementing collagen, but I will most definitely make my own from now on and, hopefully, won't need to supplement further. Would you give me a recommendation on how much to take per day? Thank you in advance, Jessica, for sharing your knowledge with us ❤️ I have to say, I am so glad I stumbled across your channel. I sincerely can't remember the last time I found a channel that I enjoyed watching as much as yours. I immediately subscribed. Especially since becoming more focused on health and making smarter, more conscious choices became my focus, I can't remember the time someone's channel grabbed my attention so much. It provides so much information AND relaxes me simultaneously. Keep up the good work! Grretings from Croatia 🇭🇷

Please please talk about the difference between collagen vs gelatin!!! Why do you use gelatin instead of collagen?
Where is your glass pitcher from
I was wondering too. It’s beautiful!
Jessica, for the broth did you use cooked bones or raw? It has nice rich colour 🧉
They were cooked! From an organic rotisserie chicken.
