Hello. I bought this device just week ago. Came with battery. After l use it just few days on display pup up the battery and error when l start to check blood preaure. I read the user manual and l did all right. First few days wasnt pup ups. Should l send it back, or is just the battery? Thank you

@@themrhorseman666 this will not work for your arm. I'll recommend a wrist based. blood pressure monitor. Unfortunately, I have not reviewed any yet. I think Omron has at least one. Unless you want to try the YHE BP Doctor Smartwatch also reviewed on this channel.

Bluetooth connected with difficulty for the first time. Now it never connects. Ive been trying to connect it for 3 days. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Allowed all permissions. Removed and reinstalled batteries. Bluetoth wouldn't connect again.

Apologies for the delayed response. No I have not compared the readings to a doctor's device, but most of these devices are validated to be closely accurate.
@@SuperDelphinidae I would not think it is a problem with the monitor. 144/90 is a bit high. There are simple steps you can take to lower this number. Please check out the channel to help you with that. If you have any specific questions please let me know.

Hi Garry First, without doubt this is a great blood pressure monitor. I have used this and Omron X3 and X4 which are also great BP monitors and I prefer the Braun Exactfit 5 Connect.
@@HeartoftheMatter yes, It connected only once, then refused to connect next time. Bt cache cleared, tested at 3 smatrphones. Batteries removed, still nothing. Not paired.
@@maciekbal5924 If you just bought it, I will suggest that you return it for an exchange, especially that you have tested it with 3 smartphones. It seems the BT protocol in the monitor is faulty.

the largest cuf size onthis machine is 42cm - my arm is 45/46 cm if i dont tighten the meter around it - is this device suitable for my arm size ?
