You are an amazing young lady. You are breathtakingly beautiful 😻. Miscarriages are dreadful and traumatic, but they are a medical as opposed to a spiritual occurrence. Also, you did mention your first pregnancy prior to meeting the pastor was also problematic, so it would be better to seek medical advice on whether that could be connected to the miscarriages. So, I firmly believe the pastor was not responsible for the tragic miscarriages.
Not defending what the pastor did, but possibly he was looking for a naive and vulnerable person to exploit but thank God you saw through him and rejected his advances. There’s a likelihood the man of “god” only wanted sex.

Am listening to your story, and I have concluded that one cannot positively say your trobles was caused by your pastor. Sure what the pastor suggested is pure evil and unacceptable, however you do not have any evidence without a doubt that ypur pastor was responsible.
The problems your described does happen, as a medical person I know this has happened. I live on another continent and I have known babies born with an IUCD/coil in their hand. This is not unique to you.

I hear you..but sometimes we are so deeply entrenched in our beliefs that we don't see the forest for the trees. It is very common that people attribute extra-ordinary or ostensibly inexplicable occurrences to phenomena such as the devil, demons, curses, etc. It is an uphill task to tell them otherwise.
