Ranveer kabhi kabhi aesi fuddu baatein karta hai ke samaj nhi ati itna success kese mil gya but then, I realised that God's blessings are above and all. ofcourse he is surely giving his best.
I think the biggest mistake kids make is thinking their parents are a single unit, in reality they are individuals who have a right to live their own lives. Parents can provide for you, don't expect them to decide for you, learn to make your own decisions if you want to be happy.
He's getting there slowly, great performance and player of the tournament in SMAT, just waiting for his India call up in upcoming T-20 series as rumour of Riyan Parag is also there.
Yograj Singh has the classic characteristics of a psychopath. Narcissism, ability to manipulate others, inability to feel human emotion, ability and intelligence/charisma. I think even Yuvraj was a tool he used to manipulate for his own pleasure . @13.20 Yuvraj realizes this.....every child of a psychopath (one of us knows at least one, and yes female psychopaths exist as well) faces trauma and is a survivor. Kudos to Yuvraj. And much respect to his Mom Shabnam who is a survivor and a hero as well.
Finally someone pointed out the narcissism in Yograj I find it so weird that majority of people view Yograj in a positive light. They can't see that making your child a project (regardless of how well he succeeds) doesn't mean he's a great father

You can’t say that. Yuvraj Singh wouldn’t have been Yuvraj Singh if it wasn’t for his dad. For sure there would have been lots of abuse and toxic relationship between himself and his father but sometimes that’s the way it goes. I’m not saying it’s right but Yograj would have had his reasons to be like that, he did give India a champion dual World Cup winner.
Agree with you after so many years later also his trauma isn’t healed. Narcissist parents should never raise children they mess up their lives permanently. No amount of success and wealth can undo the damage done in those formative years of a child. It was so uncomfortable to watch this and Ranveer doesn’t have the maturity and empathy to connect with this situation a little bit older person would have navigated the conversation way better.
Yes but its possible...best thing is to detach yourself from your narcissist parents, have your own career and live your own life and journey, get love from your partner...when you dont think about your past you are all healed automatically...
Ranveer good job Bro. Just one suggestion after watching hours of your pod- please start showing your emotions and stop this monotone and interview style. It's time you upgrade to the real self.
I have heard many successful people blaming there parents for being rude or strict in their childhood, and talking about therapies to come out of that trauma caused in childhood by their parents. But you are capable of affording such therapies today just because your parents was strict at that time when you could have spoiled your life, your parents chose to be villains to make you successful. Today you are successful and now you think that your parents ruined your childhood but in reality your parents made your life.

For all of yograjs deep deep flaws, he did make Yuvraj. While Yuvraj might have deep resentment, at that age kids either dont know what they want to become / are directionless or just living. I think true realization ehat you want to be comes from 15-20 and that generally isnt a realization. Its just mirroring what others doing and will lead to financial well being. Champions are created by parents choosing a career for the child at a young age. Otherwsise if you start late you eill never be able to comete with folks who started early in life. That is true for most sports.
