However, when I hear someone as successful as you are, having also this issue, it makes me feel so much more compassion for myself and say "well this is normal, I am learning". My I.T outsourcing business takes about 2-4 hrs per day to manage. But since I try to grow 4 RUclips channel? And write books? And have 2 kids? My day is STUFFED with all sorts of tasks. I believe you can spend 9 hours away from you kids and still be a amazing mother. I know a lot of friend who do it, and I’m sure I will do it too. As much as my dad was great and had the same working schedule.
Saying "NO" is definitely important. If you don't know how to say no, you will end up doing way more than you intended to do until you get hit with a burnout.
PLEASE do a video on how to work together with your husband, how to not perceive him as a husband during work hours, how to separate mentally and not argue for business, how do you separate responsabilities? (In english or in russian) this will be so helpfull for so many couples that have common business

For example, as a youtuber, you need to sit down, write scripts, generate ideas. And I know youtubers, they usually make many video takes and spend hours to edit videos in order to generate a clip sometimes lasts just 8 or 10 minutes. Seriously, watch my friends tediously do their tasks makes me wonder how superwoman you are.
