8:16 People weren't excited by Zurg's design because it's the one from the Lightyear movie, if you've seen the movie or seen spoilers for it you would know why people feel the way that they do about him. Lets just say that he doesn't hold a candle to the Star Command or Toy Story 2 versions of Zurg.
