I was watching another review and the scooter won't move unless you get it rolling Ithougt I seen you hit thethrottle on yours and it did not stsrt Thanks

@@LowOnCash you would have to roll a little for balance but once u hit the throttle it goes

@@LowOnCash it is a zero start…u cannot stand on a scooter that is idle. You do not need to be moving for it to start.
