Unreal joy! My wife and I of 40 years just received our bikes. Assembly was so flipping easy with the video. We just took our first ride together and felt like little kids, the throttle feature is bad ass. Our kids were ragging at us about buying these, Kids. KBO was outstanding to work with, and notifications were spot on. I have no idea about different manufacturers but at first ride, AMAZiNG!
You don’t want quick release clamped forward, like she did in video. clamp it back so it doesn’t catch on anything like a branch or something . Go to 3:03 you’ll see what I mean
Thank you for this informative video. I just got an email that said our bikes have been shipped and this video will come in handy when we assemble our bikes.
We just received our bikes and watched the video for step-by-step instructions. The first one took us about an hour to assemble and the 2nd one only 25 minutes from getting it out of the box to fully assembled. It couldn't have gone any smoother. There was a slight difference between the video on attaching the battery cords to the light and what we received. But we were able to figure it out by connecting the positive (red) cord to the (+) sign on the lamp and negative (black) cord to the (-) sign on the light. There also is a water bottle holder with no instructions and we were able to figure it out easily. The only other puzzle was the curvy U-shaped metal piece with two holes at the end for screws. We have no idea what that is for. Maybe someone can help us figure that out? The instruction booklet that comes with the bikes has NO pictures, so is totally no help for assembly. Our battery is fully charged and ready to ride as soon as our weather cooperates and stops raining and warms up a bit.

Your U shaped part is probably the derailleur guard.
Great help - keep up the great work!
