It's very obviously fake. You can't get singing voices that clear on mics more than a foot away while simultaneously ringing bells from the same distance. They recorded all of these sounds, including their voices, separately then spliced them over this video.
This group has those vibes -- my personal favorite is "Gianni Jamming in a Hammock" (or something close) I'd listen to them play my floorboards, or top 40 covers and love it either way!

it has autotune, not pitch correction though. the voices (and some of the bells) are levelled out so it doesnt sound crazy (if you listen to the girl on some of the high notes - those will be louder normally because of how much air they take- and the guy in the black shirt in the low notes, or the whistles - they take less air so theyre quieter, you can hear it levelled out.) its hard to notice but its a normal thing in basically all prerecorded songs.
