This is abosolute cheese but its insanely affective. Call a slip screen. Then as soon as you snap it hold R2 and sprint to the opposite sideline, you either have the freest QB naked bootleg of your life or a WIDE OPEN throw back to the RB with 3 lead blockers. It is stupid cheese but so effective.

I used to pass downfield in old maddens and NCAA all the time cause the other receivers run normal routes and theyre left wide open since the defenders are reacting to the screen. Nowadays youll get a throw off the back foot, but sprinting out right away probably fixes that, ive gotta try it
