I'm not completely sure but I think when she said 'just drove by your house, she was talking about driving through her past memories and like I mentioned before, looking back at her past self. and like you said, 'everything I need is on the ground' kinda symbolizes how she doesn't have to like climb up these steps or be way up in the clouds to be truly happy cause sometimes looking too far up or too far ahead in life can cause us to miss something more important that's standing right in front of us.
