You can lose one of your babies if sims give birth at the same time?!? Huh. Learn something new every day.
Yeah right, I didn't know this either.
You can see it happen in some of her videos where she does a lot of births at once, like the series where she combines all the Families in TS4. Pretty much, be sure to stagger births where possible.

Would you ever consider doing a teen mom let’s play series? I created a series but I’m a carer for a parent so don’t think I’ll ever get to play it that much and the storyline is awesome

The irony of watching this video and being interrupted by my own crying baby. Oh, well, at least I'm not a teenager.
Edit: and don't worry, teens can't die of emotion related causes. That is so they don't die every time they have a mood swing.
A part 2 and perhaps a part 3!
Next ep, with toddlers! See who helps the tots with skill building autonomously, while maintaining their own needs and building their own skills.
Third ep, the girls become young adults! Give them jobs (based on traits and whichever skills they’ve built themselves) and maybe have them move out - if any have strong friendships they could be roommates and continue to help parent each other’s toddlers.
I suggest this because, iirc, you use the same save file for every video. Might be fun to see them out and about in future videos.
Speaking of future videos, do you have neighborhood stories turned on? Might be kind of fun to see what the game rolls out for any past Sims. Maybe an “update house” where the Sim goes to visit other Sims you’ve used in videos-like that’s their entire purpose for existing, to provide updates on other households.
I did something like that in a save file recently. I like playing in some worlds more than others, so I have homes in those worlds with Sim families I’ve set up (skills, jobs, reward store stuff), but I don’t necessarily want to play every family. So, I have a very social Sim’s who goes to visit each of them. Along with neighborhood story updates, I get to see what’s going on in their household without having to actually play them (or worry about needs of multiple Sims).
Basically I created my own soap opera by installing some simple but good autonomy mods and letting the Sims do as they please.

I liked this experiment. I do think it would be fun to see them with toddlers. I would add enough beds for the teens and have some toddler beds vs cribs.... maybe even an art easel and tread mill just to see who will build skills. It is fun to watch what they do when we don’t control them.
You should do a teen grandmas series like teens who are teen moms who kid had a baby I have been waiting for someone to do that series 😜would do it myself but I have no followers

It is amazing how Maxis tried to put realism into this game. But they couldn't think of everything. Four pregnant teenagers are all facing the same predicament, but not a once of compassion. One goes into labor, not one of them checks in. But then again, I've seen neighbors treat each other without any regard.

What's everyone's sick fascination with impregnating teenagers? To me my Sim's teenagers are still minors, just kiddos still. 😬
I'd recommend watching Dicee then if you don't already, I personally like their family playthrough style :)
What are your thoughts on the 100 baby challenge? Because that's just unattainable whereas pregnant teens happen. What makes teen pregnancy sick is restricting access to reproductive healthcare.
It's a video game that simulates life. Not sure if you've noticed but teenagers get pregnant in the real world too.
