I thought so too until I realised that my clan was below average players who are not capable of playing as a team and kept bleeding hp every single game. Ofcourse you grow as a commander and expand your understanding, but you have to have clan to back these tactics up.

@@marke3980 It definitely helps to have the players and have people who know how to play the basics first of all

@@marke3980 yeah my clan too is avearge, 1000elo at tier X with some skilled players from Rezis and Weird and others that learned from better players but never got in EU biggest clans. Just by watching their positioning and their openings you can learn and teach to your fellas, it is very helpful in my opinion! Errors like loosing too much hp, not shielding one shoot friends and focus fire can be solved with practice

Practise solves most issues yeah. Once people learn the basics you can start to build on them and you'll see yourself starting to improve as a clan
