Just go and file a case without making any delay(give them 24hrs time if it is not resolved just file a case), it's a shame for the brand like royal enfiled not to resolve this small issue
It's completely manufacturing defect
Because of their irresponsibility, common people are facing issue here. People like you, know how to expose them on public platform since you have knowledge
Just think about the guy who got stuck on their irresponsible act.

Agree bro, gi and file the case, still now it is clear that they will not replace the bike , at least you can file the case, and hope , the bike is a faulty product and it has to be replaced. But is it in law that if once a product is sold then it cannot be replaced if it's a faulty product.

Hi brother you are right and its an issue i had in my old thunderbird. And it had alignment issue. And i did it outside of RE. But I’ll suggest wait for their solution, i dont think they will give a new bike , unless its a issue of chassis. Dont know. But you are going through chain of commands so wait for their response, and then if they fail, file complaint.
