Hope you can get to the bottom of that skin issue! I have something I have wanted to get checked out too (on one of my kids), but I know that's exactly what they'll do! Just put you on something, and not treat the reason! You might want to get a blood test to check your food sensitivities! Mine was very helpful!

Hi Jessica, I'm a nurse. You may have psoriatic arthritis. I think you should see a Rheumatologist. Even if you don't have it, they can figure out what is going on. I wouldn't go back to Dermatologist. Hope this helps.

Oh sweetheart praying you feel better. What is a possibility is to call the office and let them know how you felt with your appointment. Doctors need to know when a patient comes in there office, and how they felt when they see the nurse practitioner. Also know that in any practice they are providing a service and the patient needs to know they have had a good experience in the office. Hope your next appointment goes better.

Jessica take pictures daily of your feet and be sure to save them in folder on your phone. Also write down daily what you’re experiencing and when it started, how long it lasted and if the cream prescribed worked. That way when you do see the doctor you’ll able to show all of that to them, in case your feet are cleared up by then.

I agree with you about trying your best to avoid doctor visits. I'm 66 and my doctor has been bugging me about getting a colonoscopy for a while. I did agree to do a fit occult blood test, and unfortunately the results came back positive. Now I have an appointment to talk to a gastroenterologist, about the colonoscopy. I am completely terriified! I used to do hospice care and I know how badly people with cancer suffer, I don't want to have the test, but I'm also terrifed of not knowing. I feel like my life is over! I can't sleep or think of anything else! I'm having anxiety and panick attacks! I am praying, but can I please have you pray for a good outcome for me, as well as finding the strength to go through the test? Please, I need it!

I will be praying for you. I have major problems with anxiety and panic attacks. It's a horrible thing to have. Any little thing can send me into an attack. It's real and the only thing I know to do is pray and ask God to help me through it. I do have medicine for it, but it can only do so much. It's still horrible even with medicine. I can take 1 pill 3 times a day , but I don't. I don't even take it every day. I'm not a pill taker, but I should try taking it 3 times a day to see if it would really help me more than I think it would. People just don't realize what you are going through unless they have been through the same problems. I totally understand and I will be praying for you on a regular basis several times a day/night.

He is a human too with feelings! You are not so nice! Our Dentist was sick for a while and his wife called my mother to come in for an appointment, because she had several breakdowns and they said that was what he was suffering from! She called me and my wife to tell us how bad she felt for him! She said he just sat there crying and apologizing! Two weeks later he was in a huge medical center and received every test possible! They told his wife they couldn't find anything wrong and to take him home! She went to tell him and he was dead! He left his body for research at that hospital! A few years later his wife who was his assistant got really sick also! She told our son who was her paper boy that she found out why she and her husband were both poisoned by the old fillings that were used!
You too may someday have a breakdown! You're unbelievable!

As someone who’s dealt with eczema and other skin issues, it’s most likely a gut issue!
I had horrible issues with peeling skin on my toes as a child, pure misery!
Several years ago I cut out gluten and sugar, gluten being the main trigger. Within two weeks in the midst of a painful flare it cleared up and has never come back.
Skin “diagnoses” always have a root issue and while steroids offer great relief, it’s a bandaid and can ultimately make it worse and in general aren’t good for your overall health. ❤❤

I would lather area at night with the oil, whichever one and put socks on your feet b4 bed. I use those 2 oils, mostly coconut oil, on soooo many different skin issues and although it may not be immediate, it almost always works amd never hurts. Clotrimizole can knock out a lot of candida type problems which are common for private areas, pits, feet. Hope you got something from that ramble. A good eye roll if nothing else lol

i don’t know why this book is so hard to find, but after finally getting Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, i get why they don’t want this out there. it breaks down exactly why most people stay stuck, and once you see it, you can’t unsee it. since reading it, my whole life has shifted. the secrets inside are worth the effort.
