He immediately filed charges against the store for injury and safety violation, since the "door swing path was not marked on the floor with black and yellow tape". His case never went anywhere. But seriously, it would have been much easier if he had simply robbed the store! I swear!

Good for you for not doing the McDonalds Coffee one, the McDonald’s corporation actually went and relentlessly harassed the lady for suing them when she originally only wanted money to pay for her medical bills, the company was making the coffee way hotter than was supposed to be and the lady received very serious burns to her genital regions as a result, but McDonald’s made it sound like it was a frivolous lawsuit when in fact many people complained about the coffee being way over any reasonable tempature it was just under boiling.

His dad ordered a cake service to make a cake with his favourite team's design. However, the inside of the cake had colours of his rival team. That's why he tried to sue the service. The guy even said he was so upset he didn't eat any. One of the stupidest things I've ever seen.

Im pretty certain he wasn't actually wanting the jet. He was a business student and saw it as a opportunity to sue the company because he knew they wouldn't be able to deliver something as ridiculous as a fighter jet. In his mind he could've gotten more money through the lawsuit than the amount he forked over to get the 7 million pepsi points.

Little did she know my great grandfather fled from Poland to America because you guessed it him being Jewish. So I quit. She sued me for “hurting her business” distress and oh she forged my signature on a 2 yr non compete. Crazy woman wanted 1.5 million dollars. Drug out for nearly 4 years. In the end she ended up loosing her business and the law suit The judge also had some pretty harsh words to her about the remark she made in the meeting.

I'm gonna sue my cable operator for 10 million rupees for giving me 750 channels which causes me difficulty to memorize channel numbers amd it also reduced my ability to memorize which caused me reduced grades. As someone who goes to Halloween Horror Nights every year I can vouch that a lot of people go just for the rides and complain about the scare actors. Tickets are a fraction the cost, and the lines for the rides are short because everyone's in the haunted houses. Personally I love those people cause their hilarious too watch

I'm sorry that song played in my head. I witnessed someone threaten to sue McDonlads here because she dropped her coffee. She claimed the coffee was too hot and burned her. Didn't say anything but I was taking culinary plus I had common sense to know coffee is hot. Technically its supposed to be 195-205 F as I learned in class so yeah its gonna hurt.

In my country,a teacher was sued because of punishing a student who was found taking drugs....the student always cause a lot of problem...from taking drugs to bully and many more....the student's parents sued the teacher for slapping the student once....ONCE.....

Then I guess it just depends on whether or not the parents believe it should be illegal. It could also be because the teacher was acting without the parent's behalf, but at the same time, at least in my country, teachers are considered makeshift parents while the kids are in school. Admittedly, I do agree that it's not much grounds to sue when you consider how much worse things the teacher could have done.

As someone who goes to Halloween Horror Nights every year I can vouch that a lot of people go just for the rides and complain about the scare actors.
Tickets are a fraction the cost, and the lines for the rides are short because everyone's in the haunted houses.
