Roger Singaraj has a unique cultural identity - being born a Tamil Sri Lankan; living his youth in Palermo, Italy; and finally transitioning to London, United Kingdom to pursue his higher education. Having completed his engineering degree at university, Roger entered the investment banking profession before making an unexpected foray into the world of fashion modelling. In this special episode, we revisit Roger's formative years in Sicily and explore some of the challenges he faced growing up as a person of colour within Italy.
Norma is a contemporary restaurant specialising in Sicialian cuisine. Summi and Roger hit up the finest range of starters, a delectable spread of mains, and a delicious array of the finest Italian dessert!
