If you've ever wondered what it's like to loot RR/Prison with 0-10% speed, this video for you - and it is also for the people who asked how I was "leveling so fast". Answer, I merely kill everything on my way to the next loot spot, and that's all I've been doing since 2008. The difference is - GM+Easter = Huge XP boost. Also, the recent Pistol buff (and my swap from Police Officer to Guard) means I'm killing things quicker in general, so that obviously helps with XP. That depends on your own comfort level + your damage class (and/or) damage boost, etc. I've been living up there since before the class + pistol buff with 0% speed and damage, but that doesn't suit everyone. The only way to know for sure is to test it for yourself.

Turn off V-Sync from the in-game settings menu and then manually select how much FPS you want to use.
