It's about compulsion/obssession/anxiety and its amazing 👏 This sub unit 🔥
Stray Kids always dropping more than 1 video for each album, for Noeasy album, they have released :

Red lights is about their selves and how they struggled with their own thoughts, like their body is not listening to their heads. So the story could be battling with their self. Although they love doing what they do or being passionate about their work (writing music, etc.) if they look at their self in the mirror they see their other self of them being exhausted.
But like Chan said, it depends on how you decipher it. The song could be a double meaning, its either they talk about you or someone else. React also to Surfin' and Gone Away too!
I believe they want to address their obsession of their career as artists/idols through this song. And there are lines from Chan that say "Even if I struggle to run away, set the mic up until the moon sleeps deeper" where I think they're exhausted of working all night (make music) but they can't help but get obsessed.
It also exemplifies the theory of opposites: Notice that every movement is in opposites. Bang Chan and Hyunjin are exceptional artists, that is another reason that Stray Kids are so great
There are other sub unit songs by Stray Kids like Red Lights that came out during this time. There is one called Surfin' by Changbin, Lee Know, and Felix and another one called Gone Away by Seungmin, I.N. and Han. I hope you check them out!
As Hyunjin said, it talks about the things that you hate but still love doing at the same time. It could mean differently for everyone as we have our own struggles & experiences but that was about it.. How sometimes even though we see all this warning signs not to do, feel, or think of anything, the other part of you would still do it anyway.. Something like that.

In much of the choreo they are mirroring each other - to indicate the two sides of oneself. Very well thought out and deep concept...

I think that is a war with their alter ego
the video is about obsessive compulsion regarding love over another. Stray Kids prior to their new album grouped up in 3 separate units and they each group did 2 episodes called SKZ-HOWL IN HARMONY edition. In those 2 episodes you see them relaxed and talking about every day things and about creating a song. Bang Chan & Hyunjin did Red Lights about obsessive compulsion in a sexy vibe. Felix, Lee Know and Changbin did a fun summer bop called "Surfin" and Han, Seungmin, and I.N. did a ballad about requited love. They are all so good. So far every teaser we got prior to the No Easy album drop they did all full version videos and have released them all except Domino. I am sure we will have that full version soon as well. No Easy is a full 14 track album and so far we got videos for 10 videos out of the 14 song tracks. Only Stray Kids spoils their fandom with so much content.
