So pleased you've done a PP video mate. I thought those days had long gone on this channel. I have 28 PP clones, apart from maybe 3 I love all of them. I have absolutely no reason to go out and buy the OG.
Great video. Absolutely spot on about your point how dupes and brands can co-exist. Perfume parlour was my gateway to trying the scent profiles of so many ‘expensive’ fragrances. Many of which I’ve really enjoyed and now own the genuine article, all because I was able to try it out on a budget from perfume parlour.
Ah absolutely love you getting back to your roots with PP. whenever im not sure about a fragrance and want to dip my toes before i buy i love these websites so much. Great you get your impression on them!
Pp also was the "gateway" to collecting for me I love their Git clone I have the "isle vert new" which I find better than the first version lasts a full office day on me and I love it! I had the avalanche woody which is very similar to CDNIM and that is my most complimented fragrance I own, love that you you are getting back to your roots with ti's video! Bravo!
I have only tried their version of Eau Sauvage original 1966 version, but it was rank and nothing at all like ES. Shame, as the original ES is easily better than the modern Sauvage and trying to find a vintage bottle of ES that hasn't turned bad is almost impossible. Jubilee Scents make some fantastic copies of current and discontinued scents a very reasonable prices at parfum concentration and are well worth trying.
I find it impressive that you speak about oil-based fragrances or budget inspirations. Leaving aside the hype of Middle Eastern fragrances. Some reviewers do not agree with this type of inspiration or do not recommend it. But you are honest and mention that although they do not smell identical, they are a good option to start getting to know fragrances, which I also agree with.
hello from Portugal!! I'm so happy to have found your channel!! I love perfumes and I have many but I can't afford to buy the more expensive perfumes. I decided to buy several from Parlor, I haven't received them yet, but I was unsure if I would have done the right thing. Now I know I won't regret it. 😊 Expensive brands should be grateful for the existence of houses like this as they are a great way to promote expensive fragrances. So, if you like a scent, you will do your best to have an original. Thank you very much for the video, I would like to see more about the parlour. I also recently discovered Arabic perfumes and I must say that I found them, dupes or originals, very good. They are everywhere, right? I'm going to watch some more of your videos and I'll continue to follow you. a hug from Portugal
I've tended to go for the oils, but this time bought some 13ml sprays and I'm disappointed. I bought them, like you, a couple of weeks ago, so maybe I just need to let them settle. I bought pennine and it was very underwhelming. Unless things improve, I'll go back to oils. One I really liked in oil was Gulf Garden 0564 I've bought the 13ml now but haven't got around to wearing it yet. I'll find out in the next few days if it's as good as the oil, but recent experience with the 13mls doesn't bode well.
Hey Chris. Nice to see you do this perfume parlour video. One of the main reasons why I tried them was because of your old videos. I always highly recommend the company to everyone. You do get some fragrances that do not exactly match but, like you say, they still smell good. I was like you with Tygar copy then I just wore it a few times and suddenly it clicked with me. Turned from a nice fragrance to probably one of my favourites. Also the other thing that swayed me was I gave a bottle to the brother in law and I could smell it projecting off him like crazy on a hot summers day!
Loved the video brother. Sent me back a couples of years. I kinda miss the feeling of discovery whenever we received a package of pp. I still think pp's Pure Malt is better than the original.
Nice video 👍 PP use to be a good house clone fragrances but now days are battle so many very good clones which bring out quality for bit extra pounds And the main downside of PP is some of their fragrance are burning or irritating your skin to the point is concerning So PP in 2024 is for a very poor person which unfortunately can’t afford from a variety of many good clones
Love these perfumes, I have a growing collection. Wearing Italian Red 0644 today. Really impressed by all of my purchases from them, Revived 2009, Ultimate Challenge 1011, Greek Island 1950, Warrior 1536 and my favourite so far Depiction 0023 ❤❤ For me these are all stunning fragrances and I have no idea what the originals smell like......who cares when they are this good?! Normally I buy a bunch of 2ml samples and then buy bigger sizes from there. Compared to brands these are brilliant value for money and for me what I save means more juice to try!!
I went trough a bottle and a half of the Extract version of Immortal 1871 and people at work say it’s my smell. Most complimented fragrance from my collection. I'd say it's like around 75% accured. Great value. Also own their take on Bal D'Afrique from Byredo which I also enjoy. Bought the regular concentration and I find that it last longer than the original fragrance.
In your personal opinion, do you prefer the extract versions or the EDP versions? Maybe the extracts version turns too strong the fragrances? Greatings from Spain!!
I'm definitely into all the clones now I'm watching all the channels mainly Americans they are into the clones and to be fair there's some absolute belters,I've had a few from p.p over the years all Been very good
replicas of Amouage reflections 45, Creed Aventus,, D&G The One, Elysium by Roja, Dior Homme Intense, Tygar by Bvlgari, Creed Green Irish Tweed, Creed Aventus (?issue)
Just out of curiosity are these fragrances as good as the clones that are on the market today? Because some of the clones that are out 2day especially in 2024, some of them are fantastic
I have loved a lot of them and a decent amount are honestly pretty identical. Only slightly difference but most some of the times that’s not been a bad thing exactly. I prefer perfume parlor for clones. You can also order $4 2oz sample sizes and they have different concentrations as well as non fragrance products you can get any of the scents as ( ie wax melts, candles, hand soap, car freshener etc..)
Perfume parlour ombre leather is great , have you tried essence vault Chris ? My barber asked me to rate their green Irish tweed clone last week my head nearly fell off , I'm 54 and been using git for 20 years and this clone smelled like a vintage git and lasted untill next morning
It was through Sliced Bread that I found this chanel, started looking into clones, and then got an interest in the subject generally - glad you were on it!
I don’t wear women’s fragrances so I predominantly share my opinions on men’s and unisex. If you choose a channel that focuses on women’s fragrances I’m sure it will better serve your needs.
Can you please try another 10 fragrances from perfume parlour? This video is brilliant!
Please!!
But try the ones you actually like, not just the best sellers

Purchased extrait versions of Ombre Nomade, Oud satin mood and Sedley. They are all hits !
How's the performance of Nomade extrait?

Yes a great way to discover a lot on a budget 👍🏻

Would love to see you do a review on their extracts! Incredible video

Recently brought Greek island extract. Never smelt Naxos but if this is close then wow
Loved the video brother. Sent me back a couples of years. I kinda miss the feeling of discovery whenever we received a package of pp. I still think pp's Pure Malt is better than the original.
Hey Sergio! Yes those early days of discovery were magical!
Great video Chris. Have just sent for a couple of fragrances prior to watching your video. Great content, so helpful. Well done and thank you.
Great video and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try these fragrances and have a blessed day
Chris's spot on sliced bread was top notch, cane across really well. great to see recognition from a major media outlet
Cheers!
Would love to see a similar video for Alexandria Fragrances!
Liking this Chris, remember your early videos and they helped get me into scent. Always good to cover all budgets 👍
Nice video 👍

Ultimate challenge is my favourite so far

I ordered their cheap version of VIW and I was very surprised of how good it was for that price
VIW had the most raving reviews from the 50 fragrances I checked on parlour perfume. I am hyped to try it as well :)
In your personal opinion, do you prefer the extract versions or the EDP versions? Maybe the extracts version turns too strong the fragrances? Greatings from Spain!!
Really enjoyed this episode Chris 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Just opted for an Apex and Danger dupe. Fingers crossed it somewhere close.
Have you tried there Aventus Cologne dupe? It's called Avalanche Aqua I have ordered it today
I'm definitely into all the clones now I'm watching all the channels mainly Americans they are into the clones and to be fair there's some absolute belters,I've had a few from p.p over the years all Been very good
i would love to do a video with Aaron where he has to guess if its a PP or OG
What about perfume parlour Knights Bridge M For Men - 1430 inspired to Roja harrds pour homme?
replicas of Amouage reflections 45, Creed Aventus,, D&G The One, Elysium by Roja, Dior Homme Intense, Tygar by Bvlgari, Creed Green Irish Tweed, Creed Aventus (?issue)
Have you tried their copy of Armani Attiude? (or Viktor and Rolf Antidote?)
Just out of curiosity are these fragrances as good as the clones that are on the market today? Because some of the clones that are out 2day especially in 2024, some of them are fantastic

Great review. Great taste in perfumes as well. Just posting for the algo.
Yeah boy!
Bombastic doesn’t mean what you think it does, Chris.
You’re absolutely right! I’ve been waiting for someone to spot this and you’re the first. Well done, you’re the best at words 😂
Brilliant 😂
Do they abide by IFRA rules and regulations? Marketing fragrances that would be harmful to people would be shameful.
Yes they do.
Their website is an absolute mess
Smells like alcohol :(

I stopped watching when you said "mens' fragrances". I'm a woman and would like to feel included.
I don’t wear women’s fragrances so I predominantly share my opinions on men’s and unisex. If you choose a channel that focuses on women’s fragrances I’m sure it will better serve your needs.
@@FRAGMENTALSo sexist Chris. I'm not angry.........just disappointed 😔
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You need to make a top 10 fragrances video for the non binary woke folk (He,she,we,them)
In the spirit of being inclusive and all that.....
You on your rag simpleton?
