- Ukrainians wonder if there's a double standard. An international community that comes together to fend off Iran's attack on Israel can't increase its air defence commitments in time to defend against Russian air strikes, such as the one that took out the Trypilska thermal power station last week. We ask if Volodymyr Zelensky is right, and whether EU leaders gathered at a summit in Brussels need to treat Iran and Russia as one common foe, particularly given how close the pair have drawn in the past two years.

Iron dome won’t be easy to get to Ukraine
Iron Dome cannot help Ukraine. The Russians are now using Iskander missiles with a Mach number of 7, making it difficult to intercept with any air defense system.
Iron Dome would run out of ammo after 2-3 days and become Iran Dome...
Russia and Iran is different country with differences equipment, tech, resources and so on.
The way you can take down Iran Missiles will not work on Russia, if you wanna attack Russia, am afraid it would become world war3. let them try to solve diplomatically as Mr. Putin always say he is open or ready for negotiation.
No sane person believes that Israel can sustain that level of air defense for 2 years... the question is if they can do it for longer than 2 days.

The Taurus Missile had a limited production run of 600 missiles.
Germany have about 300 of those 600 that where produced.
German missile systems company MBDA, say's that it is possible to start production of the Taurus missile again.
The production lines, the control equipment, the assembly halls are all still available.
But they will need a new order for those weapons from the government.

Iran's drones were over friendly or neutral countries when they were shot down. If NATO sends their planes over Ukraine to shoot down the drones, *they* themselves will be shot down. A little different, eh?

Russia is a nuclear power, Iran isn't. Western forces providing air defense over Ukraine would put them in direct conflict with Russian air forces, compared to Iran's (unmanned) drones and missiles.
