Just a small thing I wanted to say to SEANNA as a fan - MBTI community HATES the site 16personalities because almost all of the time the results are not very accurate. It is kinda known that each individual is a mix of different personalities (very much like the Color Tool in art programs). But 16p segregates the results into just one type and that too is often wrong. (Not to mention there's cognitive functions too) This is one of the reasons fans kinda hate it when the idols take tests on 16p. But if you're more interested in knowing stuff, you can take the test for cognitive functions on keys2cognition, Sakinorva, and John's personality test or Truity for the MBTI. i thought it was very interesting that you could see that they all had their original temperaments, who they are naturally, and you could see through their character, aka how they changed through their life experiences, that being in kpop changed them in subtle ways. and i thought that it was pretty cool to see that because they chose this job that they all became interested in being ambitious and striving forward even if that not what their initial temperament stated they would do. i think wonwoo raised a really really good question when he asked if being in a competitive industry has affected them in a way, like wow i didn't even think of that but it makes so much sense.
I actually understand his reasoning when stating they’re all from overseas. He never dismissed how hard they’ve worked to adapt, but korean culture and American/Chinese culture are VERY different from each other. Korean culture from what I’ve seen over the years can be very harsh and societal standards pressure a lot of their citizens. The same can be said for the latter 2, but if we’re being real America is way more lax so there’s almost no reason for the American line to stress. I can’t speak much for China line because I have only a little bit of insight into that culture, but it seems to be becoming just a bit more lax with the next generations moving up. I don’t agree nor disagree with what he’s saying, but I understand what he’s trying to imply.
