Nice truck! Looking at one used, they always sell for way over blue book value. The one and only bad thing is 95-04 with V6 is a timing belt. All other models/years are chains. Big disadvantage for sure.
Not to sound silly, I’m just hoping to be informed. I’m purchasing a 2001 Limited Tacoma with approximately 120,000 original miles. Do I have anything to be concerned about? What I need to worry about the big disadvantage of Having a timing belt? Or would I be OK as long as it’s changed out and new? Thanks for your feedback
