I thought the same thing! As a kid, I always found it lame that Diablo was just a redskin version of the Sauron model. I wanted a new design!

Having seen the Saurophaganax at the OU museum I still think this is a large species of Allosaurus. Allosaurus maximus. It's just Chure being so resistant to what it really is. You're nitpicking on the paint, it really doesn't ruin the figure.
