SMBX Extras: TNT/Nitro Crates (Port to 38a)

Context: Thanks to the support of some users, an old script was rescued that could be made and given a good polish to implement the nitro box.
The only flaw of this script is that it doesn't work for the "No More Objects in Layer" event. There I left a programmed patch so they can use it. I hope that in the future this script can be improved :1
