disconnecting your internet is actually a monetized cheat method in a lot of games called netlimiting
How the heck do people find these kinds of glitches, I mean this one isn't too convoluted, but others are insane lmao
Most of them have to do with the same concept of disconnecting or desyncing, so once you know what to look for, it's just testing things to see what can cause a glitch
Player that likes glitches decides to see what will happen if you turn into a Saurian while your internet is disconnected.
They try it but suddenly the character goes back to itself. Confused the player tries to switch characters but realises they can't, only the noise plays. (They leave the character on Kachina or Muilani)
They plug back their internet and suddenly they are a Saurian. After a bit of confusion they exit the Saurian form but once they land they are in permanent night soul blessing mode. Now the only thing left is to try it again to understand it and then experiment.

My connection is trash.. :' I often able to enter locked gate and skip through world quest puzzles
i tried it with mualani, she's even more broken. if you try to do a jumping dive in this state, nothing will happen... that is, until you start moving. well, now she's flying. you can even hover up if you get her on a slope while mualani's still "diving"
apparently even if i teleported the glitch continued, too
i figure what happens in this glitch is that the game puts you on the sharky surfboard but also tries to apply regular character physics to you, which is why it uses stamina instead. but of course there's weird things that don't normally happen with regular character physics, like you're still able to surf on water (somewhat) and if you try to climb, mualani freezes. it's probably the game trying to load the specific animations for the sharky surfboard mode (climbing, swimming, diving), realizing they don't exist, and then promptly freaking out and giving up
I got the same situation too, she just freaked out when i was on water
they should’ve made the ride things infinite, and only put a like timer for it if you attack
Ikr everytime I play genshin, I feel like my chars' legs are broken.
Because if they did that how would they top that for their future characters? Besides this is infinite in natlan just find philingston
@@siennaplayz3143 they’re natlan characters, so they couldve made the ride things only infinite in natlan, and if you attack and or an enemy starts attacking you get the timer and cooldown back
the reduced timer cooldown thing then can be given outside of natlan so we don’t have like 3 seconds
By now you should know how mihoyo works.. They love to restrict fun things and gave us the crap version of it.. I've been asking for mounts since 1.0 and this is the best they can deliver.. I just hope there's more competitor coming their way, so that they would be force to change their way of doing things..
If you get pulled into quest dialogue, the state also actually ends that way (you can't just reactivate it by gliding and landing)

@@emranao Bite can easily miss because of bad autotargeting and poorly coded hitboxes, pufferfishes are unreliable and circumnavigate big hitboxes so they can easily fail to reach Mualani in time, the latter is made worse by Mualani’s bite animation being dragged on by bosses with big weird hitboxes, missiles and burst disappearing when hitting obstacles and especially missiles are impossible to use in closed spaces because of that (similar problem to Ningguang’s burst, if you know you know)… there’s a lot to improve
@@xanthee_imrthats not really an auto targeting the marking that mualani makes to the enemy is the auto targeting the problem is that when you press the attack at the same time the enemy dodge mualani skill will miss because her E skill is not heat seeking missile rather an straight forward skill if there an obstacle in front of the marking mualani skill will hit that obstacle instead of the target marking.
I have no idea how the internet disconnection works. When I try it the game immediately sends the "Reconnecting to server" message

It works better on old devices or ones with high ping as far as I'm aware
Yeah unfortunately my device is too quick to respond too. Sometimes I can pull them off on servers with higher ping, but rarely ever can I pull of a disconnect glitch on my main.
Same. I had to use Autohotkey script to disable/enable Internet, because doing it manually was too slow.
@@perfectgamerkitty4717 I think using a hotspot wifi from a phone helps, just turn off the hotspot to disconnect the internet
When I turn it off manually, it's the same for me. But when my internet doesn't work because of my provider, it's like in the video - can take a minute or two before it will say "Reconnecting to server". Idk how to replicate that effect as if my internet doesn't work, but if there is a way, then it should work
mualanis works pretty weirdly
when you try to go over water she half sinks and keeps moving without any input
also removes the ability to jump/attack/skill while on the water
using her skill again also removes the glitch
Yeah. Mualani's version is a bummer. At least she can move on water, but automatically moving and not being able to jump is annoying.
Alright got it to work.... you have to do it before the Reconnecting screen pops up. It works if youre on the mount but no nightsoul blessing glow. And Mualani can do infinite sprint over deep water but can't stop moving forward.
How do u make it work exactly before the "Reconnecting to server" msg pops up? Doesn't it pop instantly when u disconnect?
I wonder if someone with a new account could get Mualani to Inazuma using this glitch lol

Lol I accidentally activated this cuz my network was bad and at first I didn't really noticed until I glide to get a oculi and then landed on a turbo twirly. I was hella confused cuz I didn't use the skill but still kachina was on the drill😂
Mualani works the same exept that if you do an action that makes the shark disappear, it reappears immediately, outside of that, it's just a different ability so it disappears temporarily when climbing, goes fast on water, ect...
It can also fly in certain situations and although I can do it sometimes, I can't explain it, watch Mockemay's tutorial to learn more
And finally, if you are moving on water and run into a vertical wall, you can stick to it and climb it quickly
Hoyoverse hates it when people want to have fun.
It's cuz you're not spending money when you have fun, and Genshin devs hate that more than anything
They're seething right now that games like FGO and WuWa surpassed them 😂
I'm so happy their revenue is at an all time low I hope it keeps crashing failure is the best teacher
It makes sense why they'd wanna patch it for combat, but I'd love it for exploration

@@vollied4865 Are you okay? This isn't an issue with "fun" there traversal mechanic and the kit are the same which would be a problem. Also at what point do you need to spend money to have fun with Genshin
The fact you need to shove in other games in a discussion about Genshin shows some serious insecurities if Wuwa and FGO are good they don't need you tearing down Genshin

Unless you are smart, use Autohotkey and you can perform glitch anyway. I couldn't do it manually, but as soon as I used AHK script for disabling and enabling Internet, it worked.
i think i found a glitch where if u go to the unknown island with this glith and just run and jump off the edge where the anemoculius is there you,ll start flying in the char's direction and even bypass out of bounds and if u hit a ramp or smth ull go up lol. But it doesnt seem to working with kachina.
Just an info, even with glitched Mualani (I'd also love to call her Sub-Mualani), you're still not able to go to Inazuma when it's locked
Now Kachina will leave Yelan in the dust

As of now this still works. ALSO, you can use Treasure Compass gadgets while riding around with Kachina so now is the best time to sweep all the old regions for treasure!
My internet disconnected while fishing once and I was able to use the fishing rod as a weapon

I really don't understand why they always put stamina when you can have so much fun doing driving Kachina or surfing Mualani. The worst crime is Wanderer's flight, he's stamina runs out so quickly when he's in fly mode
Having both before this patch gets fixed is fun

tried this with mualani, in water the glitch behaves slightly strangely and it puts her body half in the water acting like shes swimming!! she managed to get stuck in several glitched poses when i jumped using the skill in deep water HAHA
There is also a way to break soft Paimon barrier. When this glitch is activated on Mualani, she glides even without pressing any button, and if I switch to a photo mode then Paimon doesn't bother you. Hard Paimon barrier is still active though, I was teleported to Sprinvale after gliding too far. And she also has fun glide animation on the water, halfway immeresed into it, worth a video :)
I tried this with both Mualani and Kachina and it works very well.
Also if you try with Mualani it gets really buggy like floating on top of water 🌊 and getting stuck for a while especially in Fountaine.
But it didn't work when i was in coop 😢
it should have been like this, even without the phlogiston thing, from the scam impression the first natlan teaser with kachina going all around the map, and it only lasts this short, and it doesnt stop consuming points when she stops moving 😡
My internet is stupid and takes too long to reconnect. Doing this will only make the game kick me back to the loading screen.
Moosashi always makes my morning better with his videos and his random glitches 😅
Ironic when the nightsoul blessing that was derived from an underground kingdom, doesn't apply to other underground worlds.

Tried it with mualani, did all the steps, reconnected while the game only had that yellow loading wheel and had not yrt kicked me out. Did nothing.

You are doing it wrong if it doesn't work for you. I just did it. You can't get kicked out of the server or get reloaded. You have to only get the rotating wheel that indicates that game can't find connection. But as long as connection is lost and server knows that, it's over.
The way my characters don't even disappear lmao

i am surprised i didn't have this happen by acident when my connection to the server was spotty while streaming and watching back my stream to interact with a viewer

It worked for me but Paimon don't let me go out of bounds.
I think when he said you can go out of bounds with it, he meant below the map outside the intended terrain, not outside the paimon barrier

when i first got kachina i activated this glitch by accident and thought that it lasted forever until i learned otherwise, but the way i activated it wasn't like in the video, I'm honestly not sure how i did it but i know it didn't involve anything like in the video.

Is this like console only? I tried on my computer and it didn't load me back into my character and just lost connection entirely and booted me back to the main menu.
nope I just did this like 5 seconds ago with my pc. I have ethernet so I just disconnected the cable and did that, but depending on if your wifi and computer are bad enough, it would work with other network types too

@@oh-noe The better connection, the harder it's to do that. I had to use autohotkey script for disabling enabling Internet, because with my connection speed I couldn't do that manually. Also people claim that they did this glitch accidently with their poor connection.

In mobile I can't do it, even how quick i do the steps it's just reconnecting msg always appears on the screen, like i swear i do this steps just 4 or 5sec but still always reconnect msg that i got sadly 😢

Is it the first ever character state glitch that doesn't end with teleporting? I am surprised stuff like this doesn't break it, because even regular behavior of characters (like indwelling a saurian) ends when you teleport. Let alone glitches.
EDIT: Also if anyone knows a similar glitch, but with saurians, please tell me. I want to use my yumkasaurus around Teyvat.

Define disconnect? Does this only work on cable or also wifi? How so i disconnect on wifi?
If you're using Ethernet cable, Simply unplug the cable from your cpu and then plug it back like how you disconnect wifi in your device. It should work

@@zukodude487987 well if your pc connected trough dongle, You can simply turn off your wifi from your taskbar as usual. But if you are using Ethernet cable which is connected from wifi router to your cpu, Then you have to unplug the cable in your cpu & plug it back
@@zukodude487987 mine using ethernet cable. That's how i do it. I was disconnect my wifi trough "Change adaptor settings" before but it didn't work

Whomever has the say on priorities is an idiot. They are more worried about glitches that does not affect the game negatively instead of actually improving the game. They should use this time to improve the jokes they call "Abyss" and "Imaginarium Theater".
