I think it is really pretty. I like the copper like you did on the edge. I have really missed you and your beautiful creations. I got really sick with covid. I was in an adult facility for over a month and I guess I nearly died and for awhile I could not even speak. It was so bad. It is over and I am home now. Have been cleared of covid. As has my mom. She did not get it as bad as I did fortunately but had to be at the same facility I was in for a little bit. I am still healing. And just take things really slow. But am getting better every day. It is so good to see you. Much love to you. I look forward to each new project you come up with. 💕🤗💕

That’s a beautiful copper. I love copper and antique bronze. The copper around the edge is a nice finishing touch. Do you think a copper mica would be too heavy for this technique? I have a Eye Candy mica (vibrant bronze) it looks more copper than bronze, it’s also more of a flake than a powder.. it’s one of those that floats off of the stick as you’re adding it. I was just looking at Eye Candy on Amazon, they’ve got quite a few new color shifting mica’s out now, at least I think they’re new. Their mica’s are really vibrant. Great job on your bloom!

Question: Instead of the clear resin as the base, can you do the black as the base, let it dry, and then start with the colors for the bloom?
