Thx Nick, I find disconnecting during a tournament very helpful!

Thanks for this video! Two additional things help me a lot:
    1. Remind myself that every session is completely new. It doesn't matter, what happened the session before or two days ago, you start a new session and try to make best decisions.
    2. After losing/winning big, I ask myself in the spots after: 'What would I do when I was not on tilt? Would I play this hand or make this decision/call/raise/fold?" If no, than ylibknow that is a unrational decision. It allows my brain to have a second or two more to reflect he situation. (edit: okay, I see this is actually the fifth point - I should watch the video to the end before posting ^^)

Taking a break does help quite a bit. I've folded a few hands after winning a big pot. Just to calm down from the hand

Last night in a tournament I called an all in with ace king of harts. I lost that hand to ace five off sute. By not doing the things you talked about it lost me the tournament.
