Information Center in Lviv

The Information center of Ukrainian Red Cross operates in Lviv. Every day, the center's employees provide answers to common questions about the organization's activities, including during the war, and also provide psychosocial support to people as needed.
On average, employees of Information center receive about 15-20 thousand calls from citizens from all over Ukraine per day. Usually, people are interested in receiving humanitarian aid, searching for missing relatives, contacts of local offices of Ukrainian Red Cross, etc. Employees of the Information center make efforts to quickly and qualitatively provide answers to all questions, thereby facilitating the process of receiving assistance.
