धुआ जो निकल रहा है उसमें काफी हिसा ज़्यादा नमी है। क्योंकि 8% नमी को एक दम से 0% पर लाया जा रहा है । इसके साथ-साथ ब्रिकेट की बाहरी परत अत्यधिक कार्बोनाइज्ड करने के लिए कुछ हिस्सा जल जाता है ।
जो धुआ पराली जलाने से निकलता है, ये धुआ उससे बहुत ही कम है।
और सबसे बड़ी बात अंतिम उत्पाद की, जो बायो-कोयला है उसके जलने पर धुआ नहीं होता
दूसरी बात : कच्चे माल का वजन - 20% = अंतिम उत्पाद का वजन ।
कच्चे माल के अनुसार एक घंटे का उत्पादन 300 से 500 किलोग्राम है ।
तो, 300 से 500 किलोग्राम बायो-कोयला का उत्पादन करने के लिए इतनी बिजली की खपत होती है ।
इस खर्च के बाद भी अंतिम उत्पाद कोयले से बहुत सस्ता पड़ता है और बनाने वाले को मुनाफा भी मिलता है ।
