Hi, how are you? I am the composer of this song. First of all, I appreciate you taking the time to upload my art; I'm flattered by it. I composed this song along with 7 others in January. On the page to upload assets to the game I could only upload a zip file with three songs (strange nostalgia is one of them). Seeing the comments on this video and knowing what my music and Yume 2kki makes you feel touches me deeply. I'm going through a moment in my life where strange nostalgia is the main character. It's a weird but beautiful moment at the same time. I hope I can upload more songs to the assets page. Again, thank you very much for uploading the music ❤️🌸

when i first visited this world, i knew in 2 seconds it was going on my favorites list. the music eminates a profound sense of sadness, and yet it is as bright and beautiful as the world it plays in also, the music is in 6/8 time, and the star people like the astronaut effect
Thank you so much for your kind words. The piece is in 6/4; i though about 6/8 but i didn't like how the main melodic idea and the pad felt in that time signature. So i made some tricks to make the listener think about 6/8. Your words made me extremely happy. I love when my art touches some hearts. Thanks for the kindness
This world is new to me. It is now one of my favorite worlds from Yume 2kki. The music to be honest hits me so hard. Reminds me of my childhood. It was great and there are also sad ones too. I wish I could travel back through time so I can give myself (younger self) a hug.
