I think he is not 6'4 for I have seen him stand by others on my team the Vikings and he appears shorter. All I know is I am glad he is a Viking now!
IMO, this kid is the definition of an OTTO backer. Play him SAM in a base 4-3, nickel safety in nickel, and potential slot in Dime. Very rare skill set, especially for 4-3 schemes where you need speed at the LB position. Come to the 9ers!!!
