Because it brings emotions, when you close the trade and see that it is continuing to go your way. Lots of things you have to put in their places, when you trading. Also you have to control your self. No emotions, no what if... just stuck to your strategy, and do the same as you were doing with a demo...
i am a beginner. it is easy lol. in 1 week i became profitable 100% of my trades. lol. its easy if you know how to trade. i watched a lot of videos and did a demo then moved into the live account lol. entered 5 trades last week won all 5. believe it or not. depends how fast you are at learning.
My setting stayed the same. The only thing I added was an 100 ema line so I could trade with the trend. However, after doing that, you won’t have many entries. As I said it worked well but I missed out on some good moves trying to only trade with the trend. I was working on pointing out a good reversal entry but I never could find any. I’m currently in the process of changing my strategy and indicators all together now.

I think you misunderstood the title and the video if you watched all of it you would have understood that he's testing a strategy from another channel that said its 99% win strategy then after he tested it in that video turned out it's a 55% strategy

there is no way that you can backtest this stratagy automatically. There is something called pine editor and if you know something about javascript you can try backtest it with that but in most cases you need to backtest it manuelly

personally done some back testing myself and this strategy is really good, especially with the Hull Suite, however only issue is you can’t have a too tight stop loss which makes the hard to get even a 1:1 sl:tp. still good good strategy though
How many trade did you backtest , because on 300 trades that I backtested that thing is not even profitable, win rate 40%. 100 trade is very far from being enough with scalping, you can have that number in a month, maybe 1000 you have something.

Replace hull with trama. Things get better and use heikin Ashi chart for reducing noise.

Near the start you noticed there were some bad signals, but conintued to back test it anyway. Next time could you add the extra indicator that you think will improve it before you do the backtesting so you can really show how good the strategy can be. Thanks!

Otherwise you have an ATR built in indicator which also you can add in chart and then manually calcullate SL.
First off, I love hour channel, however back testing 100 times is not effective data, which has been proving correct.

personally done some back testing myself and this strategy is really good, especially with the Hull Suite, however only issue is you can’t have a too tight stop loss which makes the hard to get even a 1:1 sl:tp. still good good strategy though

How many trade did you backtest , because on 300 trades that I backtested that thing is not even profitable, win rate 40%.
100 trade is very far from being enough with scalping, you can have that number in a month, maybe 1000 you have something.
