In regards to Rogue, when she tried to steal Ghost Riders powers, she was crying like a baby, begging him to take it back. So, yeah, she was "stopped" effectively.

The Beyonder is a strong character but I believe the Incredible Hulk could still manifest when he is reborn in a new universe made by the Beyonder and his character Immortal HuLk would be a god 9000 percent tiered balance in power and energy efficiency I think the HuLk and The Beyonder would be a great idea for a battle or team up comic series
