Fabulous I am going to do this later in the year, being able to over winter some of the bedding plants is a game changer thank you Paul. I've taken lots of cuttings from the tray of superfinia's I bought at the local nursery a month ago I'm chuffed they've all rooted :) I did the same with verbena sparkle and they've all rooted I am loving having a greenhouse it makes such a difference I usually spend quite a lot every year on bedding plants but learning how to propagate will save a fortune and I can buy other plants/shrubs instead now - brilliant thanks again, always learning new stuff love it, take care.
Hey, love the information I have a few additional questions. If I have some petunias in small clay pots and hanging baskets can I just cut them right back or should I lift them right out and lessen the root ball?. Also do I water them at all through the winter season?. Last but not least, do they just wake up in early spring, or do they require lights, heating pads, water. I do not have a green house more like a green house shelf. It has poly over it a fan and an option for heating pads and lights. Which I use to start my cuttings and seeds. But I’ve never used it to over winter anything.
Hi there! Tnx for the informative video. However, I ve still some questions bothering me. I do not have conservatory neither green house, so can I leave it in shed? Will shed save save it from UK’s winter? Happy gardening 🪴🍀🌼🌻👩🌾
Once you’ve potted them on do they need to be kept warm or will a greenhouse or conservatory be ok for them? Also, have you done a video on overwintering your begonia Mrs McLaughlin yet as I’m just about to overwinter my Powder Puff Pink one hopefully.
thanks for watching and your questions my rose cuttings will be fine in a greenhouse or conservatory heated or unheated i will do a video showing how to overwinter my begonias Mrs McLaughlin and Powder Puff i hope that you enjoy watching and find them helpful thanks 😊😀

I would put them on a windowsill that is frost free as long as they get enough light they will be fine good luck
