Hey Kevin in your video adventures i would love to see a video on the steering and suspension i currently have a problem with my cart pulling hard to the left i put all new bushings in it last summer and put the heavy duty springs on the back when i put on the back seats. I do need to replace the front tires cracks showing on the inside and im going to upgrade the front spring as well just would love to see the way you do things.
Hi Kevin good videos and info - just picked up two for use around the farm - CC carry all II Plus - late 90's Air Force versions - well cared for - run pretty good - old gas etc. These seem to be street legal - lights, turn sigs, horn seat belts etal - service manual for 1992 does not show any thing for wiring for street legal - any idea if a diagram is floatong around out there anywhere?? Keep the videos coming!
Most likely this is an add-on, aftermarket light kit and seat belt kit. No golf cart is "street legal" since they cannot be licensed, registered or insured for road use. Without being installed from the factory, you will likely not find a wire diagram in any manual.
Agreed Kevin thanks for reply. Looks like it was done in the factory (good workmanship just no docs) but likely a special order for DOD. Actual has an effective fan & rear view mirror. Will try to document as much as I can. I realize they are not really street legal. No where near DOT spec, - but well built.
Great videos I have a question about my 85 ds gas have charging issue I’ve changed regulator and if I full field my generator it jumps to 14 to 14.5 v but when it’s all hooked up it starts to charge for few secs then drops to nothing what would you recommend looking at. Thanks
I don't have much experience with these older Club Cars. Does it drop off and stay off or does it drop and come back? If it comes back up, then its just maintaining voltage. If it drops off and doesn't come back, I would assume the starter/generator is failing or the brushes are wearing out.
You just made my kids happy! My golf cart runs now so they can drive it! It wasn’t running the best but I cleaned the card and solved it! Thanks Kevin! Keep up the good work!
It works a lot better with a shorter and smaller diameter rod. This one keeps getting caught on the inside of the tank fill hole. Afterwards, you can throw a blue paper towel in and blow it around with an air nozzle to pick up the leftovers. It surely saves removing the tank.

I've been wanting to do some videos on how I do alignments. Its pretty easy once you see it.
I cleaned my carburetor on my 2004 ezgo and my motor surges slowly! any thoughts Kevin thanks
super clean is great stuff i use it to
Its amazing stuff for sure. I buy it in 55 gallon drums.
Another 👍👍👍 great vid.
Nice Job Kevin!
Thanks for the video Kevin, take a grinder to that screwdriver!
I've thought of doing that. Every time I've gone to actually do it, I get sidetracked... SQUIRELL!
Another carb video.... just kidding 😂
Makes me get motivated when I see a notification. Keep up the good work.
"Squirrels "
I hate it when the squirrels... BIRD! distract me.

Nice Video as usual! Kevin the all thread rod with the micro cloth is a great idea!!!! I tried that and it worked great!
Its way easier than removing the tank. I vacuum the tanks out now after I dry them. It gets all the bigger crap that won't stick to the rag.

Thanks for replying and some great videos
Kevin where do you get ethanol free gas? IS the station by eagle Lake somewhere?
The gas station next to Shop Rite/Dunkin has a dedicated pump for ethanol free gas.
@@Kevinsgolfcarts awsome thanks
Thanks Kevin! Got mine running now. Any reason why my engine runs on after key is turned off?
If its a Club Car, the ignition kill circuit is not closing to ground. One of the micro switches in the control box has failed.
@@Kevinsgolfcarts thanks Kevin!
With your help I've been able to bring life back to my grandkids golf cart

Awesome!!
Excellent video. I need to clean out my fuel tank and replace the short dip tube. That micro towel on all-thread is a good idea. Thank you.
