Justin Fool was about 10W to 25L......this indicates an inability to process information on the field in the allowed 2.5 seconds before he is sacked.
Fields made a lot of highlight videos...but, it is the 10 to 15 yard plays that win games, and those are the plays Fields disliked.

You’re quoting a bunch of guys who got fired and are looking to blame someone else. The entire team was dysfunctional. They had shots of Foles on the sideline telling Dalton that Nagy’s offense was garbage. He also practically begged Indy to trade for him while he was still with the Bears. So fine if you wanna blame a young QB for a crap team and a crap coaching staff, go ahead. But both the coaching staff and 99% of the team were shipped out two or three years ago. I won’t believe Fields is a lost cause until Tomlin says its so.

I live in Chicago. I’m a huge Bears fan and I do remember lots of times Seeing Justin sitting by himself on the sideline he wasn’t with the other quarterbacks.
As someone that lives in Chicago and watches Bears play every weekend during the season, one thing I noticed about Justin is that he has a very slow time processing the defense and it a lot of times he would never keep his eyes down field. He would always turn his back from the defense and run around and scramble , and by the time he was ready to throw the ball, he wasted so much time. The cornerbacks were right on top of our wide receivers, making it hard for them to catch the ball.

It made me wonder if Fields simply didn't see a need to work on his fundamentals. After all up to his NFL career he always relied on his athleticism. This strategy only worked partially at the NFL level. But he simply refused to change.

Fields even said that on the St. Brown podcast when they asked him (before we even knew he was being traded) that the Steelers would be his pick if he had a choice.
Not to mention, it’s was a QB top heavy draft. The teams that really needed a QB was already in position to draft one (can’t blame them). Better have a good offensive line if your going to throw the deep ball. How many slant routes did Nagy call? Nagy's claim to fame was the curl route. How many times was Fields sack in his first game against a tremendous Cleveland defense? Seven , nine, I lost count. Do you think that LT Charles Leno was a good LT? Leno was the first player there to help Fields backup after he had opened the rushing lane for the opposing defense. The rest of the line was not much better. Perhaps, Field did hold the ball to long, but what did his coaches and management do to help him out, or to help Cutler out? Not nearly enough. Fields personality was actually easy to observe on the Bears sideline last year. Every time the camera would cut to him he'd be sitting on the bench, not talking to teammates, not conferring with a coach, and not looking at a tablet. It was so noticeable that the announcers in one game I watched talked about how Fields had been practicing "meditation" in the off-season and that's why he sat aloof from the team on the sideline. And to be fair, it did look like he was trying to control his breathing and relax in the shots I remember, and meditation can be a useful practice for athletes. But there's a time and place for everything, and I would argue a pro qb--esp one who's throwing the ball about equally to his own and the opposing team--needs to spend the time his defense is on the field looking at scouting reports, film from the last series, his own playbook, etc., and his own guys need to seem him working. Meditating on the sideline can look a hell of a lot like "just chillin'," and that's not something a qb should ever let the linemen who get beat to hell protecting him see during a game. Whatever Fields was doing sitting there on the bench, he sure wasn't doing anything to be the leader of the team that he should have been.
